Kevin Hoffman Walk

The Kevin Hoffman Walk is Lara's native garden trail which stretches along the east side of Hovell's Creek and is a gentle walking track that showcases a unique collection of native plants, sculptures, birds and wildlife.

The Walk has been funded for more than 40 years; firstly by the Shire of Corio and more recently with the City of Greater Geelong.  It is supported by local businesses and community groups including the Lions Club of Lara, Lara Secondary College, Lara District Men's Shed and Lara Meats.

In 2013, Friends of Kevin Hoffman Walk Inc was formed to ensure that this walking trail continues to evolve for the enjoyment of all. Read more
