Registration

Early Bird Registrations have closed on January 31, 2016 and there is still plenty of time to register for the 2016 AAFBG Conference. The Conference starts on Friday 29 April so we ask all Registrations to be in two weeks before - by Friday April 15, 201.  

If you are really running late and miss this date, Friday 15 April, please ring our office or email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to be able to accept your registration after the closing date, and welcome you to Geelong and to the conference.

The Registration Form is available and gives you all the details for registration and payment as well as many other Conference details - the Tours, Conference Dinner etc.

REGISTRATIONS - CANCELLATION POLICY

For all registrations received by the Geelong Friends and paid for by Sunday March 6 2016, there will be a full refund.

For registrations received and paid for after Sunday March 6 2016, there is a cancellation policy, in recognition of our administrative costs and bookings with Geelong businesses.

In the event of cancellation of a registration prior to the commencement of the 2016 AAFBG Conference on Friday April 29, where full payment has been made, an administration fee of $25.00 will be charged and then a refund will be given, in accordance with this policy: 

  • Cancellations received before Friday April 15, 2016 (closing date for registrations)              
    • $25 admin fee, then 100% of the balance 
  • Cancellations received between Friday April 15 and Thursday April 21, 2016                                          
    • $25 admin fee, then 50% of the balance 
  • Cancellations received after Friday April 22 2016
    • No refund is available for any cancellation received from Friday April 22 2016 as final numbers have to be submitted to caterers and other businesses.
